Phony Sharkskins is the Strike Force Commandor of the Top-Flight Enforcer patrol unit. The Top-Flight is a unit comprised of street sharks from across the globe. Phony's Sole Duty is to enforce flyness by bringing attention to the fake sneakers that corrupt the land, air, & water by polluting the earth with their unfresh air.
Phony Sharkskins showcases to the world pictures of all the hideous monsters that his crew rounds up while patrolling the streets. They travel the globe to fight the evil 'fakers' and stop their henchmen from distributing unauthentic footwear.
With the help of the street sharks of the Top-Flight Enforcers, the world will be fresh & fly!!!
