The commercial is based around D3's matchup against the Zen Master (Phil Jackson) and Snake Charmer (Kobe Bryant) on Christmas day. While D3 is out battling villians, Specialist H entertains party guests with a holiday song. Customize your own version of the song and spread your holiday cheer.

Get your lean on in these Grape Juice sneaks that will hit the streets in 2011. Images surfaced months ago about Reebok's new collaboration with Producer/Rapper Swizz Beats and now we have a colorway that will definitely hit retail. Swizzy tweeted a pic of the shoe earlier today and let his fans know they will be ready to rock in the New Year.

REALLY, GILBERT ARENAS?!? HIGH FASHION HOOPS

Hoops and high fashion made a rare appearance on the court at the Wizards vs. Lakers game. Gilbert Arenas has been spotted rocking all types of kicks this season including the Jordan Retro IX, X, XI LE, CMFT Max 12 and more. Gilbert no longer has a contract with Adidas, so we can only assume his on-court kicks are courtesy of his personal collection.

Gilbert wanted to hoop in style during the Wizards' recent trip to Los Angeles to take on the Lakers. The former Agent Zero rocked a pair of high top luxury sneakers from Dolce & Gabbana. Really?!? These casual D&G shoes are made for styling in the streets, not playing basketball. Oh, did we mention that the shoes retail for over $400? Must be nice, but not sure how comfortable.

Regardless of what you rock, make sure they're authentic.

Nike has recently released the Retro Air GO LWP which was a classic 90's model worn by Penny & Tim Hardaway, Reggie Miller, and others when these dropped in 1994. This model is inspired by the Golden State Warriors blue and gold colors of Tim Hardaway's earlier years in the NBA. These are now available at all Footlocker House of Hoops locations.

BITE THIS -- U.S. PUTS FAKES ON I.C.E.

The government is finally doing something that makes us feel secure. No, we're not talking about the war on terrorism, but the war against counterfeit goods. The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a division of the Department of Homeland Security, recently seized a number of sites that host illegal file-sharing, counterfeit clothes, shoes, DVD's, and more. All domains under investigation now have this image above on their site.

Earlier this year, Nike filed lawsuits against over 60 domains that were selling fake Nike products. 2010 has been a bad year for fake shoe sellers and people are finally taking notice to this epidemic. The Top-Flight Enforcers have been on this mission for many years now, so we're glad the governement has decided to BITE THIS and join the fight against fakes!

BITE THIS -- LEBRON 8 RELEASE

Greetings Hype-Beasts! The new LeBron 8 is already in stores but the much anticipated 'Pre-Heat/ South Beach' colorway is set to release tomorrow, November 19th. The original release was scheduled for November 11 but was pushed back. This colorway takes cues from the Miami Vice inspired colors that signify the South Beach scene.

REALLY, JORDAN BRAND?!? - REVERSE JUMPMAN

So what's going on here? You may have noticed something different in recent photos of the Cool Grey XI's that are releasing this holiday season. Seems like we have a case of a 'reverse jumpman.' The upcoming XI seems to take the jumpman logo back to it's original position on older models. So why were the recent releases (DMP, BRED, Space Jam) have reversed jumpans as compared to the OG edition. Really, Jordan Brand?!? Just stick to the script JB, give us the colorways we want and stop altering the classics. You're actually making it easier for people to accept wearing fakes because they can try to pass it off as a B or C grade edition while the youngsters don't even know their history to tell the difference.

This is why the Top-Flight Enforcers are here to enforce flyness. It's our sole duty to educate the world on fake sneakers and try to eliminate them. If you didn't know, now you know...and knowing is half the battle!

Capital Kicks was on location last night at DC's Lux Lounge for the 2010 SneakerPimps Tour. The event was sponsored byJimmy Jazz, Famous Stars & Straps, ESPN Magazine, and EA Sports NBA Jam. REALLY, NBA?!? LOAD 'N LAUNCH BANNED

The NBA tried to ban Michael Jordan's shoes for breaking the uniformity rules with its excessive colors (or lack of white). This time, they're banning a shoe for it's competitive advantage...Really NBA?!? Athletic Propulsion Lab's new CONCEPT 1 shoe employs LOAD 'N LAUNCH technology that is a spring-based system designed to increase lift. How much of an advantage can you gain if the league already has some of the world's greatest athletes on display. I can't imagine Lebron James jumping higher because of a shoe; like his training has nothing to do with his hops...but for $300, you too can jump higher; the NBA has now given the ultimate co-sign that the shoe works as advertised by banning it from the league.
